**Kenvue is looking for a Director within the Skin Health EMEA team.**

This position reports into the VP Vogue E2E Supply Chain & EMEA SH/EH.

**What will you do**

The Director Skin Health EMEA IMO/VSL has responsibility for development and successful delivery of the Product Life Cycle Management (LCM) and/or Innovation NPD/NPI project portfolio impacting all Skin Health EMEA brands. In addition, this position is responsible for the E2E supply chain integration to enable a reliable and efficient supply chain that delivers on our quality, service and profitability goals.

This position has people leadership responsibilities for a department of 6 - 8 value stream leads and project managers who lead the supply chain improvement initiatives and execution of the LCM and innovation project portfolio.

To be successful in this role the individual will need to,
- Collaborate with key regional and global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial and Technical Teams to develop a pipeline of LCM/NPD projects that deliver on our financials goals while continuing to drive efficiencies in our supply chain.
- Be the voice of Project Management and Supply Chain in all regional and global governance forums.
- Drive product portfolio optimization to ensure a focus on those products that will drive profitable growth.
- Develop a GP roadmap that will identify the opportunities to deliver on our profitability goals along with the initiatives that will support this roadmap.
- Drive SC network strategy to ensure the reliable and high-quality supply chain is in place to support our growth ambitions.
- Allocate PM FTE and Supply Chain OPEX & CAPEX to those initiatives that most efficiently deliver on the Commercial and Supply Chain strategies.
- Develop individual and team goals that are directly tied to the company objectives.
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop value stream leads and project managers who lead programs/projects. Assess on an ongoing basis the team’s performance including completion of mid and year-end performance appraisals.

**Qualifications**:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years combined experience in two or more functional areas - Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Process Excellence, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing or Finance
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years people management experience
- Business and financial acumen in areas of supply chain and commercial with ability to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations.
- Superior written and oral communication skills. Adept at making complex concepts clear & compelling.
- Ability to foster alignment and influence change in a matrix organization at senior regional and global management levels.
- An independent self-starter with demonstrated success in the planning and management of large, global, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects under tight timelines in an environment where priorities change rapidly.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Desired Qualifications
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience with organizational change management, establishing teams, developing communication strategies, and fostering collaboration is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-echelon supply chain is preferred
