- Swiss Life Infrastructure International is part of Swiss Life Asset Managers and invests and manages in infrastructure assets across Europe and North America. The team consists of around 45 investment and asset management professionals and is located at Bleicherweg 72 in Zurich.

We are looking for you as Team Assistant (f/m/d), who supports the infrastructure team with operational and administrative topics. You will be part of a small team with other team assistants. Your tasks also include office management support as well as Middle
- and Backoffice processes. Find below an overview about your tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
- Organize travel (flight and accommodation) bookings, dealing with rebooking’s; expenses and credit card statements registration, controlling, processing-
- Outlook calendar management; arranging internal and external meetings, client meetings, internal and external trainings, conference calls-
- Support of the office management by welcoming visitors, taking over reception responsibility and support on office supplies-
- Organising team events/meetings (virtual and in person) as well as interviews-
- Support onboarding process preparation and execution of newcomers-
- Responsible for internal invoices processing-
- Documents execution, distribution, and electronic/paper archiving-
- General administrative duties and responsibilities-
- Provide any other support as necessaryExperience- Commercial and administrative education. Higher education such as university or "Fachhochschule” is a plus-
- Several years of experience as team secretary or assistant. Ideally, you have experience in the financial sector such as investment banking or financial industry-
- Strong organisational skills, combined with a service and support mentality-
- Ability and flexibility to deal with several topics under time pressure-
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and other IT tools such as MS Teams.-
- Fluent in German and English (business English), knowledge of French or other languages as a plusVos avantages
