**GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE**

**KEY **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the luxury segment (products / channels / customers). Cooperate with the Off Premise Commercial Manager to develop specific commercial plans for Department Stores and E-commerce
- **Marketing and Branding**: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract luxury consumers. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- **Pricing and Profitability**: Monitor pricing strategies to maintain profitability while staying competitive within the ultra premium and prestige market. Conduct regular pricing analysis and make necessary adjustments as required.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- **Luxury Market Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with current market trends and competitors in the luxury spirits and champagne industry. Use this knowledge to identify market gaps, develop innovative strategies, and create a unique selling proposition for the company's products.
- **Sales operations**: accountable for Credit Management over all RP direct customers (Fine Dining and Private Customers). Accountable for monthly and yearly volume forecasting
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. Continue developing luxury capabilities within both the direct team (2 dedicated Brand Ambassadors) and the indirect team (Off Premise KAM, Brand Manager and Channel Activation Manager).
- **Overall company strategy**: Contribute, as a key member of the Lead Team, beyond the pure boundaries of the Rare Portfolio

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience and Education**
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the luxury spirits or champagne industry
- Proven relationship network in the high-end Swiss beverage & hospitality industry
- Prior team leadership experience required, with proven track record of providing best in class team leadership, strategic thinking and planning
- Marketing / Business Administration degree preferred

**Personal traits and skills**
- Strong knowledge of ultra premium and prestige spirits and champagne categories, as well as the luxury market and its customer base
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence high-end customers, both private and trade
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and measure performance
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
