**Your role**
- Are you a proactive and aspiring individual with an interest in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and technical support?
- Join our dynamic team as an Intern in the RPA Central L2 Platform Support team based in Zurich, Switzerland. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, contribute to the support and maintenance of our RPA platform, and work alongside professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- acquire foundational knowledge of Robotics Process Automation and Automation Anywhere products
- participate in training sessions to understand the administration and support of Automation Anywhere Control Room, BotAgent, and robot code development
- assist the team in providing technical support for the RPA platform across various technical domains
- learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under the guidance of experienced team members
- contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to Automation Anywhere products and processes
- collaborate with team members to document workarounds for known errors and support process improvements
- engage with team members in India and Switzerland to build a collaborative environment.
- actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your understanding of RPA and technical support processes.

**Your team**
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of Robotics Process Automation. As an intern, you will be part of a diverse and supportive team, contributing to real-world projects and expanding your skills in technical support and automation technologies.
- The team is based in Poland, India and Switzerland.**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you are / have:
- currently pursuing or recently obtained a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- basic understanding of IT concepts and principles
- strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, HTML/JavaScript)
- exposure to cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, would be a plus
- Start date: 01.04.2024
