**Your role**

- Idea generation for process optimization and improvement,
- Process analysis and documentation,
- Facilitation of scrum ceremonies and project monitoring.

**Your team**
- You will work in the Center of Excellence (CoE) Process Optimization & Automation at the UBS Digital Factory (Hardturmstrasse 161, Zürich). This program is part of the COO division of UBS Switzerland and drives digitization and end-to-end automation projects, e.g., through front-to-back process automation by deploying Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), etc. You will join a Product Owners chapter responsible for a successful delivery of automation projects.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- good understanding of banking internal processes, first experience in project and/or process management
- advanced computer skills (especially MS PowerPoint / MS Excel) and willingness to learn new skills, tools and methodologies in the area of process automation and agile delivery
- good communication skills, written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages are a plus)
- strong interest in process improvement and understanding of RPA, AI, ML, data visualization tools
- a flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- creative, analytical mind and problem solving skills
- Start date: May 2024
