Tasks
What will you do?
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven B2B product marketer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our company's rapid growth. In this position, you will utilise your expertise and motivation to implement effective data-driven product marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough customer and market research. Working closely with one of our co-founders and the growth team, you will craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Rivero's products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive customer research, utilising both qualitative and quantitative methods, to gather and analyse valuable data that will guide product marketing decisions.
- Developing clear messaging, strategic positioning, and compelling value propositions for Rivero's products.
- Equipping the sales team with essential sales enablement assets, including product pitch decks, sales toolkits, and other resources.
- Collaborating closely with the product teams to create product-led content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Cultivating and maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape, consistently providing innovative ideas, suggestions, and solutions when needed.
**Requirements**:
Do you have the right stuff?
- Experience in B2B product marketing within the payment industry or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in conducting comprehensive customer and market research, analysing data and extracting valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Ability to comprehend complex product offerings and transform them into concise and compelling value propositions suitable for sales and marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
- Fluent utilisation of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant software to drive marketing initiatives & track performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to dynamic work environments.
