**Your field of responsibility**

A meaningful role in our Crime Desk Checks, within the Global Financial Crime Compliance Intelligence & Investigations area, a dedicated and highly committed team that is part of a dynamic and diverse environment. The outstanding possibility to work on an on-call contract with irregular working hours, which can ideally complement your studies. An unusual chance for you to work closely with members of the senior management such as the FCC Intelligence & Investigations Head and the Head of the FCC Investigations CH on a variety of tasks. The Crime Desk Check is responsible for assessing hits created by Swiss booked clients, screened against a database of individuals and legal entities, to whom criminal allegations or other AML relevant red flags are assigned by an external vendor. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for in-depth assessments leading to the identification of true hits; these assessments may include interaction with the Front Office and other Compliance functions. In case of true hits identified, you will be responsible for the respective escalations to the FCC Investigations CH Team.

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role, you bring the following:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or ongoing university education and, preferably, already have professional experience in the field of compliance
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as German, Italian and French are an advantage
- Good knowledge, understanding and interest for financial crime rules and the AML related regulatory framework in Switzerland, as well as basic knowledge of the global regulatory landscape
- You are highly motivated with an analytical mind and excellent communication and presentation skills, including sound MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- You have a deep understanding and efficient use of technologies / tools and their impact on client services
- You are able to manage complex and unconventional tasks, build and maintain relationships with various partners and handle conflicting priorities simultaneously and effectively
- You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenges and assignments with the ability to cope with pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
