Main Duties & Responsibilities- Support of the Team Leader Local Financial Control in the diverse and interesting tasks of accounting- Assistance in the preparation of monthly, half-yearly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations- Support in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts including subledgers (banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting)- Maintenance of the Accounts Payable ledger- Maintaining and processing expense reports- Execution of payment runs and ad-hoc payments- Carrying out and drawing up checks and reconciliation work on monthly and annual financial statements- Support for intercompany reconciliations- Substitution tasks within the Accounting teams- Correspondence and telephone contacts with our domestic and foreign subsidiaries and suppliers

Qualifications & Experience-
- Several years of in-depth practical work experience in the field of finance, ideally in a bank and/or asset management- Ability to work in a team, pro-active, structured and networked thinking as well as a high level of service, efficient way of working and winning assertiveness- High levels of resilience and flexibility- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; German knowledge would be considered as an asset- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
