**The opportunity**:
CSL Vifor is currently recruiting for an accomplished Personal Assistant to Head of Finance, to take an immediate assignment in our Zurich HQ offices.

Reporting into the Head of Finance and in addition to your PA responsibilities, in this role you will have a unique opportunity to shape the digital operational dimension of the Finance Department at CSL Vifor. You will be entrusted and empowered to review, re-design and implement processes around SharePoint use and governance. You are tech savvy person with the ability to influence horizontal resources to move things forward, making full use of in-house and external social media platforms. You will influence operational decision-making through your technology acumen.

**The Role**:

- You provide administrative support to the Head of Finance and Finance Team
- You manage calendar and organize travel schedule of Head of Finance
- You coordinate financial processes such as invoicing and payments (SAP)
- You coordinate local and international meetings; arrange travel, meeting arrangements, visitor accommodations
- You organize meetings, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
- You prepare agendas, take and complete meeting minutes; coordinate distribution and follows up on action items
- You independently respond to routine correspondence
- You maintain distribution lists and organizational charts
- You provide training, guidance and orientation to new team members
- You update documents on the intranet
- You organize Global Finance Events and Team events

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years related experience in an administrative support role of a senior executive member
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Several years of experience in MS SharePoint and MS Office tools
- Fluency in English and German
- You enjoy working in a changing organizational environment
- Ideally, you bring experience in an international or headquarter environment within the pharmaceutical, medical devices or life science industry
