Commercial Opex Controller

Vifor Pharma, a world leading Nephrology, Iron Deficiency and Cardio-Renal pharmaceutical company, is experiencing rapid growth due to pipeline realization and optimization.

We are currently looking for a Commercial OPEX Controller to join our Finance team at our Headquarter in Zurich on a temporary basis for a 12 months contract. In this exciting position, you will be directly reporting to the Senior Commercial Controller.

**Key Tasks**
- Full responsibility for overhead controlling of Commercial Organization i.e. analyzing of actuals vs plan/budget, developing automated reports, conducting regular reviews with functional managers and ensuring transparency
- Improve quality and accuracy of reporting through innovation
- Support and advise the different units in the monthly closing and planning processes
- Enhance and develop SAP reports/analysis for cost control and supply/demand process
- Collaboration in worldwide SAP S/4 Hana rollout, strong contribution in process and efficiency optimization

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Management
- Minimum 2 years of work-related experience, previous experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP system is key
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial controls
- Good communication skills, Team player and customer focus
- Doer mindset, result oriented, pragmatic and energetic
- Digital savvy, Master of Excel and PowerPoint
- English proficiency, German is a plus
