**Customer Commercial Sales Executive (f/m/d)**
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a committed early talent professional as a customer advisor in sales, who already has experience in supporting medium-sized or large customers. You don't have to be an SAP expert yet, but you do have to enjoy business topics, technology and dealing with people in a very exciting environment. The focus is on selling services to successfully implement SAP solutions for our customers. This role is embedded in the SAP Service organization, maintains direct contact with the customer and orchestrates and manages all activities within the SAP Service organization that are relevant to the quoting and delivery of the projects. Your target customers will be from the mid-market across all industries, mainly from the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
**Your tasks**:
- Main contact person and representative of SAP, appearance as Trusted Advisor
- Establishment and expansion of customer relationships
- Alignment between customer needs and the SAP consulting portfolio
- Active participation in various interdisciplinary teams
- Preparation of presentations and offers
- Control and orchestration of the internal quotation process
- Management and orchestration of consultants to achieve successful project delivery
- Planning and execution of market development initiatives
- Development and support of marketing campaigns
**What we expect**:
- Experience as a corporate customer advisor or supervisor in the service sector (e.g. at a bank)
- Potential and willingness to develop into a key account manager in the area of business software solutions
- Interest and willingness to constantly familiarize yourself with new topics
- SAP or consulting know-how would be desirable but is not a mandatory requirement for entry into this role
- More than 3 years of experience in supporting medium-sized or large customers
- Committed and convincing appearance, high willingness to perform
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with customers at various levels
- Confident communication and presentation skills in French and English (written and oral), German is an advantage
- Personal initiative, sense of responsibility and team orientation
- Affinity to work in a technology

The target customers are mainly in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The SAP location could be Lausanne, Biel or Zürich.
