Your role is to ensure proper distribution of our products to our Markets all around the world, in order to contribute to Maison’s growth, target achievements and stock management. To do this, you will provide strong and analysis to the assigned markets in order to support decision making processes. You will participate to the weekly automatic allocation process, drive physical distribution and information flows throughout the teams and systems.

**RESPONSABILITIES**

**Drive the operational execution of distribution flows**

Ensure permanent product offer according to the validated targets adopted to the assigned market.

Anticipate Markets needs by mastering any performance KPI allowing to adapt supply planning.

Coordinate physical flows with Group support functions.

Provide visibility to the Markets on the supply planning.

Drive stock balancing / inter-market transfer operations in order to optimize the stock availability versus sales performances.

**Provide consistent KPI to support decision making**

Liaise with Demand & Supply Planners by giving any required short-term visibility on finished products needs / priorities.

Support Markets in their commercial initiatives by providing KPI, visibility on availability and specific allocations.

Provide ad hoc analysis that could be required by internal departments or specific projects, and share with the main stakeholders all identified KPI.

**Product & forecast knowledge**

Develop strong product knowledge in order to actively contribute to the decision making for specific allocations on restricted products / quotas.

Coordinate any finished product launch within the Markets and ensure efficient deployment.

Coordinate any discontinued product strategy within the Markets and ensure smooth end-of-life on Markets and limited inventory at both Central and Retailers level.

Actively participate to the collaborative sales forecast process in supporting and coaching the Markets.

**IT & Data**

Participate to IT tools’ implementation & deployment for commercial planning activities.

Support the team / Markets in the learning process of commercial distribution enhancements.

Master planning parameters and update efficiently based on Maison’s strategy and Senior Management advice.

**Project**

You participate actively to the success of the Maison, contributing to initiatives and strategic projects in a collaborative mindset.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Sales administration and Supply chain experience
- Postgraduate degree ideally in Supply Chain
- SAP experience / knowledge
- English and French mandatory
- Good communication and challenging partnership spirit
