Would you like to take over and advance the management of a team in pharmaceutical analytics?

Job Description
- Operational and personnel management as well as development of a team of 12 employees
- Capacity planning and coordination of laboratory tasks
- Process optimisation in the laboratory
- Supporting the staff in technical issues
- Ensuring on-time and compliant delivery of results for projects in the area of:

- Stability testing
- o Method transfers and validations
- o Release analyses according to pharmacopoeias (USP, Ph.Eur., JP and Ch.P.)
- o Customer methods in the field of wet chemistry and physical chemistry
- Handling of OOS/OOE cases, deviations and customer complaints
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
- Contact person for customer audits and inspections by authorities

Requirements
- University or technical college degree in chemistry or physics
- Solid knowledge of physical chemistry, especially UV/VIS, IR spectroscopy or polarimetry
- Management experience is required
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of GMP analytics
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
