**About the role**:
Our client is an NGO active in health issues.

Its office in Geneva is currently composed of 40 people and your role will be to ensure that the office is operational and that the team is able to deliver its work in the best conditions. You will guarantee the office harmony, you will interface with suppliers/providers and manage the rental of the meeting rooms.

**Job duties**:

- Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities and interfacing with suppliers/providers
- Developing and implementing new technologies and facilities in relation with the office
- Scheduling maintenance of the office's rooms
- Managing the rental of the meeting rooms
- Monitoring allocated budget
- Organising and supervising office activities
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
- Ensuring office policies and guidelines are respected in regard to the office us
- Ensuring office harmony and safety

**We are looking for**:

- Have previous experience in an Office Manager position
- Experience and proficiency in administrative procedures, managing files and records
- A high level of written and spoken English and French
- Interest and understanding of the non-profit sector and global health
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Detail and accuracy oriented person
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
