Through its triple heritage of Reuters, FXall and LCH, LSEG is recognized as a global leader in Foreign Exchange. Our FX products support the trading needs of over 4,000 bank trading desks and 2,400 buy-side customers in over 130 countries.

Our FX product capabilities extend across the full trading lifecycle to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions for our customers, including market data, benchmark rates, news, analytics tools, trade workflow, trade execution, STP, electronic price making and order management, clearing and post-trade portfolio optimization.

Over $450bio/day is executed on our FX venues and our Dealing network connects the interbank community for non-electronic trading. Our venues have extensive regulatory approvals supporting the multi-jurisdictional trading requirements of our most complex customers. These include SEF, EU MTF, UK MTF, and Singapore RMO, together with licenses for specific multiple local markets.

ROLE PROFILE:
We are looking for a Co-Head of EMEA FX Sales for Capital Markets to be based in Zurich leading a team of 7 across EMEA focusing on EMEA country perimeter
- non UK. The role will report into the Global Head Capital Market Sales in London and has primary responsibility for the profitability and growth of the FX Sales and Securities Sales business across Europe focusing on Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Nordics, Spain, Italy. European languages are essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop existing client franchise to maximise upsell of new products & services, build top client wallet relevance driven by scalable sales solution approach.
- Develop New Sales capabilities in core EMEA time zoned Markets to inject new business pipeline into our growth plans, expedited by leveraging partnerships group.
- Define market leading sales strategy to improve the firm's investment in the FXI, NDF, Spot, Forwards matching platform using deep proven experience of the Global NDF market (product, major players, relationships, understanding the trading workflow and local languages)
- Work with our inter-divisional colleagues in Post Trade and D&A to provide an integrated growth agenda in EMEA.
- Implement global standards of performance across EMEA business.
- Works closely with Product to define commercial performance for the FX and Securities trading businesses.
- Works closely with Global Capital Markets sales team to drive standard process in implementing global opportunities and delivering consistently high service to all our clients.
- Manages the EMEA Sales team’s P&L. Keeping a strong eye on revenue, expenses and cost drivers, as well as market opportunities / forces affecting these. Ensuring the region is operating within the allocated budget.
