La RTS recherche une ou un Business Data Manager pour intégrer une équipe engagée et motivée ayant pour objectif de mettre le public au centre des préoccupations de l'entreprise pour façonner le service public de demain.
En qualité de Business Data Manager, vous participez activement à l'évolution des données pour le bénéfice de notre audience. Votre rôle inclut le développement et la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie data, englobant la gouvernance et l'éthique des données. Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des parties prenantes et jouez un rôle central dans l'élargissement de l'accès aux données et de leur utilisation à travers toute l'entreprise.
**Votre mission**: En tant que membre de notre Unité du Digital, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie de données. Au travers de votre expertise pointue, vous avez pour mission d'aligner nos pratiques sur les objectifs globaux de la RTS.
- En votre qualité de référent pour les questions liées aux données, vous conseillez et formez nos équipes sur les meilleures pratiques à adopter. Aussi, vous sensibilisez les parties prenantes des différents niveaux de l'organisation aux données, en particulier en ce qui concerne les avantages pour les utilisateurs finaux de nos produits. Parmi vos responsabilités figure également celle d'insuffler une nouvelle dynamique à l'ensemble des services de la RTS, ceci au travers de votre engagement à développer l'utilisation et l'exploitation de nos données.
- Vous veillez également à ce que notre programme de gouvernance demeure conforme aux réglementations en constante évolution, en surveillant attentivement les modifications légales. Vous êtes dès lors identifié e comme étant le lien essentiel entre nos innovations et les normes en matière de protection des données, garantissant que chaque action est en parfaite adéquation avec les lois fédérales.
- En étroite collaboration avec notre conseil de direction, votre contribution est également essentielle dans la gestion des évolutions et l'harmonisation des objectifs. Votre rôle ne se limitant pas à nos murs, vous interagissez avec les acteurs clés du secteur, influencez les discussions à l'échelle nationale (Groupe SSR) et collaborez avec des partenaires externes pour créer un environnement respectueux des règles et centré sur l'utilisateur.

- Maîtrise en gestion de l'information, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion des données ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance de la gouvernance des données, de la politique des données et de l'élaboration de stratégies en matière de données.
- Connaissance des lois, réglementations et meilleures pratiques en matière de protection des données.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets, y compris la planification, et la budgétisation.
- Capacité à naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes et à gérer efficacement des priorités concurrentes, tout en maintenant des relations positives avec les parties prenantes.
- Expérience de la gestion des parties prenantes et du travail, en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Une expérience des outils de gestion des données est un atout.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et très solides compétences en anglais ; l'allemand est un plus.
