Nous recherchons un Lead Technique expérimenté et dynamique pour diriger le développement de notre nouvelle plateforme CRM. En tant que Lead Technique, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l?orientation technique du projet, garantissant la livraison d?une solution robuste et évolutive répondant aux objectifs stratégiques de la banque. Vous dirigerez techniquement une équipe de développeurs.NET, favorisant une culture collaborative et performante.

Responsabilités

Fournir un leadership technique et une supervision pour le projet de mise en ?uvre du CRM, en veillant à son alignement sur les objectifs stratégiques de la banque.
Concevoir et architecturer des solutions logicielles de haute qualité, intégrant les technologies.NET, avec un accent sur la scalabilité, les performances et la sécurité.
Encadrer et diriger une équipe de développeurs.NET, en promouvant les meilleures pratiques en matière de codage, de test et d?intégration continue.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour définir et affiner les exigences et livrables du projet.
Gérer le calendrier du projet technique, identifier les risques et développer des stratégies d?atténuation pour garantir une livraison réussie et en temps voulu.
Favoriser une culture d?innovation et d?amélioration continue, encourageant l?équipe à explorer de nouvelles technologies et approches pouvant améliorer les résultats du projet.
Garantir les plus hauts niveaux de fiabilité du système, de performance et de satisfaction des utilisateurs.

Exigences

Expérience avérée en tant que Lead Technique ou Développeur Senior dans les technologies.NET, avec une solide expérience en développement logiciel et en architecture.
Expertise en C#.NET, Git, SQL Server 2019 et IIS.
Compréhension approfondie des pratiques de Extreme Programming, notamment TDD, Clean Code et les Principes SOLID.
Capacité démontrée à diriger et à encadrer des équipes de développement, avec une mentalité d?équipe coopérative.
L?expérience avec SonarSource, xUnit / MoQ et la familiarité avec les pipelines Azure DevOps est fortement souhaitable.
La connaissance de Golang et de Pega est un plus.
La connaissance des frameworks frontaux de type SPA (Angular, ReactJS) et des concepts d?architecture (Microservices, Monolith) est un plus.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, réflexion stratégique et communication.
Capacité à gérer la pression et à assumer des responsabilités techniques importantes.
L?expérience avec Dapper / Entity Framework est un plus.
Une expérience préalable dans les services financiers ou les projets CRM est un plus.
Maîtrise du français et de l?anglais requise.
Le portugais est un plus.
La résidence en Suisse est une exigence (tous les permis associés sont acceptés).
