**Deine Hauptaufgaben**
- Kundenbeziehungs-Management per Telefon, E-Mail und auf unserer Plattform
- Telefonische Qualifizierung unserer Leads
- Beratung von potenziellen Verkäufer*innen und Organisation von Objektbesichtigungen
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von Schätzungen
- Erste Anlaufstelle für Interessenten von Immobilien
- Koordination zwischen Verkäufern, Makler*innen und potenzieller Käufer*innen
- Unterstützung der Makler*innen während des gesamten Verkaufsprozess
- Technische Unterstützung für Kunden*innen auf der Neho Plattform
- Workshops und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt-Team für die Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer Plattform und neuer Tools
- Unterstützung des Managements
