Education Manager Client Experience

In this role, in collaboration with the GE director and the retail team, you will create training modules on Client experience and how to sell Luxury to High Value Clients.

You will be responsible to work on essential skills and knowledge required to build customer satisfaction and meet customer requirements more efficiently.

You will be supporting retail teams to build strong relationships with the HVC of the Company through Excellent trainings and services.

**Customer Experience Education Programs Development**:

- In accordance with the Education Strategy, develop the Art of Client Experience training material and modules for great hosting and services and ensure creation and elevated experiences to enter the circle of trust, recruit and retain HVC
- Understand the psychology and expectations of the High Value Clients and help craft a personalized client path that can empower the ability to connect and engage with HVC
- Create training modules on how to sell Luxury to HVC by offering essential skills and knowledge required to build customer satisfaction and meet customer requirements more efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio of HVC (TBC)
- Create training to support and empower BA to act as a Brand Ambassador with an ability to confidently present in front of clients
- Creates High Impact Sales training content that improves performance by identifying and outlining the critical selling behaviours most needed to improve sales outcomes.
- Creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention, skills and competencies in an effective manner and through multiple training channels
- Develop pre and post training material related to client experience
- Is responsible to adapt client experience training programs to different retail environment (boutiques, counters, backwalls and gondolas )

**Presentations.**
- Conducts a variety of in-person trainings and presentations
- Takes actively part in Train the Trainer seminars on Client Experience

**Education Strategy roll-out**:

- Participates actively in identifying global training needs to define global education strategy
- Searches for new and innovative training methods and materials that brings gamification to training programs and guarantee a high level of retention
- Participates actively in rolling out the training programs in the markets

**Collaboration**:

- Works closely with global retail and the regions to ensure consistent client focus and to identify new opportunities for improving customer experience
- Works with internal studio on design of training assets: briefs precisely the studio team on the need for each asset/project
- Searches for external consultants/providers who have specific knowledge in client experience
- Builds strong relationships with the regional and country trainers

**Organisation**:

- Respects budgets assigned to specific projects by GE Director
- Follows up own T&E and project budget and updates GE Director/controlling on a regular basis
- Respects timelines and defines retro-planning for training programmes development until delivery to market.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales or related field
- ~10 years of Experience as a Luxury Sales Expert with an emphasis on HVC
- Expert in training facilitation, train the trainers and has demonstrated experience with instructional design (PPT)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including problem solving abilities
- Luxury affinity and detail oriented at all times
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English (first language or bi-lingual), Simplified Chinese is a plus
