**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Steer and implement TR education and retail coaching strategy in line with the company’s roadmap and Global Education guidelines.
- Ensure consistent rollout of Education programmes in TR worldwide to elevate the retail teams and the BAs to the highest level of execution.
- Act as a genuine brand ambassador by embodying the brand values and by being a role model for the Education and Retail teams.
- Define, implement education KPIs and make sure that they are applied and achieved consistently in Global TR.
- Lead Education teams and support Retail teams to maximize the retail equation.

TR EDUCATION AND RETAIL COACHING STRATEGY
- Define and implement TR Education strategy based on the company’s roadmap, in alignment with Global Education & TR Management.
- Define and implement yearly plan and share with Education and retail teams.
- Organize quarterly meetings / catchups with stakeholders

TR EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND TOOLS (FROM CREATION/ADAPTATION TO IMPLEMENTATION)
- Responsible for the roll-out and follow-up of all Education initiatives, Retail and Education KPIs in collaboration with the Retail Teams.
- For innovation launches, define clear pre
- and post-training activities and follow up with retail coaches.
- Integrate e-learning as an alternative and complementary learning platform. Adapt to TR needs if necessary.
- Actively evaluate education needs and craft bespoke programs and tools if need be or adapt existing tools.
- Propose further enhancements of alternative education channels

TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Leads and manages Education team.
- Animate, feed and work in close collaboration with the TR Education communities: Retail Coaching taskforce, Chinese speaking community and CRM taskforce.
- Actively support integration and collaboration between the education and retail team.

BA MOTIVATION AND RETAIL INITIATIVES
- Implements BA career development and reward programs to motivate teams having a retail excellence and client centric mindset.
- Animate the Beauty Advisor community with Beauty Advisor Magazine, LP talk feed
- Lead and organize yearly TR Beauty Advisor conferences with the support of TR Education and Retail teams
- Lead and coordinate the guest experience surveys (in collaboration with CXG) with the retail and education teams

REPORTING AND BUDGET
- Provide feedback on specific education TR needs to Global Education and make sure TR is considered in Education development.
- Lead budget planning for TR Education and update regularly for forecast phases.
- Steer twice a year the forecast of education assets linked to new marketing plan.

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- Strong leadership and managerial experience (10 years)
- Training, Retail strategy and sales experience (10 years)
- Structured approach to planning and KPI measuring
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
- Passion for selling and people (BAs & clients)
- Embraces change and embark the team
- Cares about the people in the team
- Fluent in English, Mandarin would be ideal, all other languages are a plus.
