**Position Summary**:
As an **Internal Communications Coordinator, **you will support the PR Manager to ensure that all relevant employee groups are informed about the strategies, policies, priorities, and performance of the company. In co-operation with management, you will build elements of Nespresso corporate culture and contribute to the motivation of people internally.

**A Day in the Life of an Internal Communications Coordinator**:
- Coordinate internal communication messages for defined target groups and their needs, in close co-operation with all departments and units (mainly Market head, HR, etc.)
- Maintain and develop communication tools and channels accordingly (intranet, etc.).
- Support in developing and creating internal and external stories in accordance with the communication strategy/campaigns in place.
- Co-ordinate consistent and streamlined internal information flow between headquarters and Swiss market.
- Conduct internal employee survey to measure awareness of business goals and newly developed communication tools.
**What will make you successful**:
- University degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
- At least 2 years' experience in internal communications gained in a premium or lifestyle consumer goods environment (e.g. Cosmetics, Apparel and Accessories, Food & Beverage)
- Strong capability to manage key stakeholders including the Nespresso Management Committee, HR Team, Marketing Team, internal leaders and employee customers, external partners and agencies
- Excellent writing skills with an ability to transform information into engaging content
- Strategic thinker with ability to work within a high-energy, high expectation and team-oriented global culture
- Bilingual in German/Swiss German and French. Excellent knowledge of English required
