This role can be based in any country in Europe where Sika operates, with regular travel (approximately 20-30% of working time).
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- ** Market Research and Strategy Development**:
- Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the solar roofing business.
- Define customer value propositions (CVPs) tailored to specific countries and regions.
- ** Business Model Creation**:
- Design country-specific business models, encompassing customer target groups, market segments, product portfolios, and value-added services.
- Establish effective routes to market, including distribution channels, sales structures, and supply chain solutions.
- ** Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Work closely with R&D, product engineers, and regional sales teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of strategies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and events to empower internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
- ** Implementation and Rollout**:
- Travel to local markets to assess conditions, define strategies, and support implementation.
- Guide and support local teams in rolling out tailored strategies and achieving measurable results.
**Qualifications**

Essential Skills and Experience**:
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within roofing solutions, with a strong track record in driving growth.
- Proven expertise in project management and executing sales strategies in new markets.
- Knowledge of sustainability trends, regulations, and certifications in flat roofing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to build successful initiatives from scratch.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Experience in developing and selling business models for solar roofing solutions.
