We are currently experiencing a double-digit growth and therefore, we are looking for a **Sales Executive** to strengthen our team in **Lausanne**.

**About the role**:
At Swibeco, you’ll go through an extensive onboarding and training process, which will prepare you to become an expert in your field. You will be talking to our clients, finding the key decision makers, qualify their needs and convincing them to join as clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders) is critical. To be successful in this role you need to have a results-driven mentality that celebrates wins, but never sleeps on that success.

**Your tasks will be the following**:

- Develop a deep understanding for Swibeco’s product suite and effectively/precisely communicate the value of our products to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Cold call and develop sales opportunities.
- Participate in events few times a year (HR Festival, Richmond Events, Hotellerie Suisse etc..)
- Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal.
- Undertake research on target markets, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
- Support the Client Success Team to manage the onboarding of newly won clients.
- Assist the business development team in all administrative and support functions.
- Maintain appropriate sales, activity data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

**Requirements**:
**Who we are looking for**:

- You hold a Bachelor's degree or you already have a few years of experience in sales.
- You have had your first experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- You are a talented individual with a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- You are entrepreneurially minded and driven by a will to have a big impact in a scaleup.
- You are self-driven, reliable, and driven to succeed.
- You have a good ability to work closely with various stakeholders (Partners, Manager, Clients...), to communicate and share your point of view as well as to present your work.
- You are a critical thinker and quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- You think strategically with a “can-do” attitude.
- Native/bilingual or full professional proficiency in **French & English**, **speaking German would be a big plus**
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (nice to have).**
