**The role**:

- As the Management Team Assistant (m/w/d) for EMEA Salon Vice President and Country Manager, you will support in the areas of administrative tasks, agenda management and organisational tasks to free up time for core tasks of the management team, especially customer contacts.

**What you will do**:

- Organizational and administrative tasks for the Management Team, EMEA Vice-President and Country Manager.
- Preparing and producing documents ready for presentation, Organizing meetings, including participant and schedule coordination.
- Assistance and administrative work in support of the EMEA Salon Vice President and Country Manager (organizing trips, coordinating appointments, expense reporting, etc).
- Post management including outgoing communication to employees, customers and external partners.
- Handling different administrative tasks which where handled before by Finance and HR at location to support interface between Finance Shared Service Center in Amersfoort, NL and HCD DACH in Darmstadt.
- Organizing internal servers and document storage. Improve and document internal processes and guidelines.

**What you need**:

- Experienced in calendar and call management.
- Essential skills include being advanced in all IT packages, fully competent in MS Office (Outlook, word, powerpoint, excel).
- Minimum 3-5years Professional Experience - gained within the role of a team assistant performing particular & specialised tasks
- You must be hardworking, confident and professional.
- Project management skills.
- Experienced in calendar and call management.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- ** Fluent in German, English and French (good verbal & written language skills). Italian is an advantage.**
