Das **HR Service Center** ist Anlaufstelle für sämtliche administrative Angelegenheiten und stellt eine effiziente, vollständige und korrekte Abwicklung der Personaladministration sicher. **Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du stellst eine effiziente Personaladministration in deinem Betreuungsbereich sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die vollständige administrative Abwicklung von Eintritten bis hin zu Austritten sowie Aufgaben im gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle
- Du agierst als Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und gibst kompetent Auskunft
- Du verarbeitest monatliche Lohnmutationen und unterstützt im Absenzenmanagement
- Du erstellst diverse Verträge und Dokumente im Rahmen der Personaladministration
- Du bringst deine innovativen Ideen bei der Weiterentwicklung interner HR-Prozesse ein und hilfst mit, diese laufend zu optimieren

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
- Eine HR-spezifische Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der verschiedenen Office-Programme und SAP HR, Erfahrung mit einem Ticket-Tool sind ein Plus
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Französisch und bist in der Deutsch
- oder in der Westschweiz wohnhaft
- Du arbeitest selbständig, exakt und hast eine gute Arbeitsorganisation
- Du bereicherst uns mit deiner positiven Art und verfügst über eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
