Votre mission consiste à concevoir, mettre en place et supporter des solutions applicatives sur SAP, ainsi qu’à participer à la définition de la stratégie de ces solutions. 


Vous avez ainsi la charge de paramétrer des applications destinées aux métiers des ressources humaines prioritairement celles en lien avec la gestion de l’organisation (SAP OM), l’administration du personnel (SAP PA) et la gestion de la paye (SAP PY). 
Compte tenu de votre position transverse, vous avez des contacts réguliers avec les métiers et devez garantir le support, ainsi que la faisabilité des solutions que vous apportez. 



RequirementsVotre profil
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure dans le domaine de l’informatique
  • Vous bénéficiez d’au moins 10 années d’expérience dans un poste lié au support applicatif et fonctionnel SAP avec une expérience pertinente en paramétrage voire développement d’applications
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances et une expérience confirmée des solutions applicatives SAP-OM (Gestion de l’Organisation), SAP-PA (Administration du Personnel) et SAP-PY (Gestion de la Paye) intégrant les spécificités suisses
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances ou de l’expérience sur la solution SAP Success Factor (modules recrutement, évaluations et formation)
  • Vous avez participé à des projets d’intégration de SAP avec des outils SaaS (tels SF, Concur ou PeopleDoc) en tant qu’analyste et/ou coordinateur et êtes à l’aise dans la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
  • Vous êtes une personne curieuse, dotée d’un bon relationnel et d’une excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Vous aimez les défis, les environnements dynamiques, et faites preuve de proactivité dans votre travail
