IT procurement specialist (60-100%)"MissionVous aurez la charge du service de conseil et d'approvisionnement de matériel IT de la Faculté des Sciences de la Vie. Vous participerez au traitement des demandes et à la gestion du processus d'achat de matériel IT, en étroite collaboration avec les laboratoires de recherche et les services administratifs. Dans le cadre d'un projet d'harmonisation des processus, vous participerez activement au développement du service d'achat de matériel aux autres Facultés de l'Ecole.
Principales tâches et responsabilités- Gestion de l'approvisionnement en matériel IT (conseil et choix de matériel, processus d'acquisition, inventorisation)
- Coordination entre les clients et les fournisseurs
- Accomplissement des tâches logistiques liés à la gestion de l'approvisionnement (Réception de matériel, déballage, contrôle de la qualité)
- Collaboration avec les autres pôles de compétences IT (support, infrastructure, applications)
- Participation active au développement du service vers les autres Facultés
- Formation CFC gestionnaire de vente ou équivalent
- Expérience dans un poste de relation clientèle et dans le domaine IT
- Excellentes connaissances des produits Apple (Mac, Mobile) et du monde PC (ordinateur personnel)
- Excellent sens du service
- Aptitude à communiquer avec les utilisateurs et esprit d'équipe
- Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais au niveau B2.
