**Business Development Representative or Associate | 100% | Lausanne**

**What you can expect**:
- You will participate in the execution and evolution of the marketing & business development strategy to develop RSM Switzerland’s activities
- You will meet existing and potential clients - cultivate and build positive client relationships
- You will maintain up-to-date client and prospect database
- You will prepare RFPs, clients’ proposals & contract
- You will prepare presentations, materials, and go-to-market supports
- You will conduct research to support marketing & business development activities and identify new business opportunities to be targeted.
- You will develop client portfolio
- You will develop our local & global partnerships
- You will work closely with all company departments and service lines
- You will identify relevant networking events, fairs, and conferences and attend them on the behalf of the company
- You will participate in internal & external transformation projects
- You will produce various reports for the management
**Your profile**:
- You have at least 2 to 4 years of working experience in the related industry/fields and activities
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills (professional proficiency in French and English are required)
- You have IT fluency and especially proficiency in Office MS365 suite
- You have the drive to seek new business and build new relationships
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical mindset, and good decision-making skills
- You have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- You can work in a team as well as independently and autonomously
- You can manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- You are a fast learner, well organized, and have a keen eye for detail
- You have an enthusiastic, collaborative, curious, and caring mindset
