Project Coordinator- Growth Project Operations

As the global manufacturing partner for many different customers, we are increasing manufacturing capacity. In order to support our continued growth, Lonza is seeking a Project Coordinator for an early-stage growth project in Visp. The Project Coordinator will contribute to the success of our project by aligning the creation of the end-to-end project timeline with deliverables, documentation readiness and reporting progress to key partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Align end-to-end schedule with deliverables and project documentation readiness plan
- Ownership of document tracking
- Report progress of documentation and workstreams to key collaborators of the project
- Assess prioritization of critical documents needed during the various project phases
- Coordinate teams of experts to achieve project goals
- Review and monitor available headcount for ongoing activities and report respective status
- Participation in workstream meetings and support summarizing outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Arts Degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
- Previous experience in project planning, including with project management/ scheduling software such as Primavera P6
- Demonstrated track record of effective planning, organizing and controlling
- Ability to work inter-departmentally
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, collaboration and management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English at all levels in verbal and written form
- Demonstrator of role model safety behaviors
- Demonstrator of uncompromising standards for product quality
- Demonstrator of proven decision making, considering a broad scope of factors
- Ability to effectively prioritize and direct tasks in a fast-paced environment
