Project Management Office Manager for Mammalian Operations

At Lonza, we thrive on innovation and collaboration to drive results in life sciences. We're seeking a seasoned Project Management Office Manager for Mammalian Operations to lead our internal project management processes and maintain a strong project governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient project management processes that align with business needs and drive reliable delivery of internal projects.
- Establish and maintain a robust project governance framework, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support local training and roll-out of processes, ensuring projects are managed according to defined standards.
- Contribute to the definition of documentation, templates, and reporting standards, working closely with other Visp Site PMO organizations to set standards and manage dependencies.
- Coordinate MM site portfolio validation and prioritization, providing full transparency on all projects requiring MM site resources.
Requirements:
- Education in Biotechnology, Bio-chemical Engineering, MINT, or similar.
- Several years of work experience in the (Bio)pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient knowledge of operational excellence, Green Belt certification preferred.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
