Job Description:

The Global Growth Projects Lead supports the Global Growth Projects Lead in managing key growth projects from the early project definition phase through business case approval. This role requires operational knowledge and support for the early strategic growth investment project pipeline in Biologics from the initiation phase through business case approval. The successful candidate will drive proper definition of the project scope and business case through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, partner with peers in Global Engineering, Operations, and the Business Unit in delivering the facility design, project milestones, and CAR, and provide end-to-end project management support and/or identify end-to-end project leader. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to Value Engineering exercises to ensure best value for the money, while preserving all functionalities required to operate the asset effectively, and utilize LEAN operational models and facility design, including Automation architecture and functionalities, to drive future operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also assure incorporation of innovation, lessons learned from other projects and global standards targeting operating costs and enhance operational efficiency, ensure early growth projects follow the proper end-to-end framework, and develop and quantify an aggressive yet realistic ramp-up plan in alignment with the business case.
