Logistics Transformation Project Coordinator

At Lonza, we are undergoing a significant transformation. As a Logistics Transformation Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving this change. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas of improvement and drive alignment of priorities together with senior stakeholders or Site Leadership Team Visp. You will also be responsible for preparing program delivery based on a thorough analysis of As-Is Situation and current challenges and defining clear scope, targets, and overall business case embedding cross-functional/divisional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of improvement and drive alignment of priorities together with senior stakeholders or Site Leadership Team Visp.
- Prepare program delivery based on a thorough analysis of As-Is Situation and current challenges and define clear scope, targets, and overall business case embedding cross-functional/divisional requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of program objectives actively engaging and managing various project team members through influence (not line) and embedding change agents across impacted departments.
- Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates and decision requests and proactively raise risks or bottlenecks to the required stakeholder level.
- Manage dependencies, assure alignment, and drive synergies with other local or global programs & initiatives and embed Lean standards in ways of working and throughout project methodology.
Key Requirements:
- Master in Business Administration/Life Sciences/Engineering/Logistics or similar Qualification
- Lean Management Certification Yellow Belt or above is required
- Fluency in English and German
