Logistics Process Development Manager

At Lonza, we're committed to excellence in life sciences. As a Logistics Process Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our transformation and increasing efficiency through Lean principles. Your challenge will be to define, design, and implement dedicated programs on site, hands-on from start to implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify areas of improvement and drive alignment of priorities together with senior stakeholders or Site Leadership Team Visp.
- Prepare program delivery based on a thorough analysis of As-Is Situation and current challenges and define clear scope, targets, and overall business case embedding cross-functional/divisional requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of program objectives actively engaging and managing various project team members through influence (not line) and embedding change agents across impacted departments.
- Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates and decision requests and proactively raise risks or bottlenecks to the required stakeholder level.
- Manage dependencies, assure alignment, and drive synergies with other local or global programs & initiatives and embed Lean standards in ways of working and throughout project methodology.
Key requirements:
- Master in Business Administration/Life Sciences/Engineering/Logistics or similar Qualification
- Lean Management Certification Yellow Belt or above is required
- Fluency in English and German
