- We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- Help defining the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) in the Crew “Elaborate my Personal Plan” - the crew that develops digital solutions for a personalized long-term UBS Wealth Way plan and helps clients optimize their wealth and prepare ideally for their retirement and any other life circumstances
- deeply understand the needs of our clients - being entrepreneurs, families or wealth individuals - and their advisors, listening to their feedback and ensuring that our digital solutions best meet what really matters to them
- supporting Product Owners in creating digital concepts to support clients and client advisors having holistic client conversations
- be responsible for creating impactful change through the delivery of wowing digital solutions UBS Wealth Way and financial profiling, while ensuring compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- help to mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as ambassador towards internal stakeholders and clients
- closely collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. UX design, Data & Analytics) to bring the product to the next level
- work hand in hand with markets, understand their needs and drive the digital education of advisors which includes the preparation of roll-out plans and communication for new product developments

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Front-to-Back Digitalization team for the Client-Need Stream “Plan my Wealth” in Zurich. You will be joining a team located across Zurich, Singapore and Poland which is responsible for global digital products and services in the area of wealth planning and advice beyond investing.

**Your expertise**
- university degree, preferably in banking / finance / economics, information technology or related discipline
- experience in delivering complex digital products that thrill clients or other users
- track record in setting ambitious goals and delivering strong business impact
- working knowledge and product development architecture
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and a true agile mindset who can motivate and inspire others
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a cross-functional team
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- proficient language skills in English; German is a plus
