**Global IS Security Lead - Corp & Core**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementation: Leads the implementation of Information Security Policies & Standards in the Corporate Business Area. Works closely with Core IS teams to ensure Risk mitigation actions are applied for system security threats and risks. Enabling ABB Corporate organization to make risk-based decisions about strategic and tactical security issues.
- Oversight: Oversees and monitors key performance parameters (KPIs) defined by Security services. Drive improvements in the organization to address the identified facts/gaps/issues by taking a risk-based approach
- Manages ongoing compliance of Managed Service Providers (MSP) and other key/strategic suppliers to ABB’s Security policies and standards, agreed contractual obligations / terms of security (e.g. timely patching, handling end of life, deployment of security configuration, etc.). Keep an overarching view of Supply Chain Risk related to the Corporate organization.
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related qualification, and/or demonstrated capability through past employment experience
- 15+ years’ experience in Information Systems across Security, Application, Infrastructure, Data Privacy, and Sourcing
- Extensive experience in design, implementation, and change management of enterprise security tools and solutions delivered through projects in a global context for large, complex organization
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think at systems / architecture / conceptual level on the end to end solution in or-der to assess reasonable level of security being established
- High level of personal integrity with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity
- Proven ability in security process and organizational design. Current understanding of industry trends and emerging threats with the context of Incident Response
- Clear in communicating complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner
