- In dieser vielseitigen Position bist du für den reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Specialties & Decorations Werks in Dübendorf mit insgesamt rund 60 Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.**Zu deine Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- Führen, Leiten und Kontrollieren der täglichen Aktivitäten des Werks in Dübendorf
- Gewährleistung eines hohen Serviceniveaus des Werks in Bezug auf Qualität, Liefertermine, Kosten und Kundenbedürfnisse
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Betriebsrichtlinien und -verfahren (in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen), um sicherzustellen, dass das Werk seine aktuellen und künftigen Produktionsziele und Qualitätsstandards erfüllt
- Aufstellung von Betriebsbudgets; Überwachung der Kosten und der Effektivität der Produktionstätigkeiten zur Optimierung der Ressourcen, Priorisierung der Ausgaben und Planung der Aktivitäten
- Festlegung kurz
- und mittelfristiger Strategien und Investitionspläne für das Werk im Einklang mit der OSCO-Strategie, einschliesslich kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, Qualität und Sicherheit.
- Verantwortlich für die personelle und fachliche Führung der Vorgesetzten der Produktion, QA, Supply Chain, Technik und Arbeitssicherheit
- Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen (Lebensmittelsicherheit, Umwelt, Arbeitsrecht)
- Überwachung und Verbesserung aller relevanten KPIs des Werks (Qualität, SHE, Kosten, Lieferleistung)
- Planung und Umsetzung von CAPEX Projekten
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene (technische) Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung HF/FH oder Bachelor/ Master Abschluss im Bereich Lebensmittel oder Engineering
- mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld, vorzugsweise aus der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung mehrerer Teams
- Nachweisliche Projekt
- und Change Management Erfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessoptimierung und Sicherheit
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hands-on Persönlichkeit, die auch gerne ins Detail geht
- Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und treibst aktiv Veränderungen an.
