_Responsibilities:
- Sell to potential agents and recruit 4-6 new Agents every month
- Achieve and exceed the monthly transactions target
- Use solid financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective agent
- Manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, conducting presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the sign-up, set-up, all necessary training and provide the point of sell material to Agents
- Develop strong relationships and provide solutions wherever challenges may arise to ensure long term loyalty to Ria Financial
- Monitor FX daily for new accounts
- Complete and submit weekly reports regarding expansion efforts, transactions volume, business development and competition intelligence
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Spend most of the time (90%) recruiting new agents

- Qualifications

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of successful outside sales experience
1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business developments and account management
German, English. Albanian or Turkish is a plus.
Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license,
Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
The key characteristics this individual must possess are strong interpersonal skills, works well under no supervision, self-motivated and time management
