**Responsibilities**
- Develops concise, engaging scientific content for a range of medical communication deliverables
- Digests client briefs, distills their true essence, and executes medical writing projects to satisfy meaningful strategic objectives
- Crafts innovative, compelling deliverables spanning a broad range of media, channels, and platforms
- Articulates complex scientific stories to diverse audiences, emphasizing key data in a clear and concise manner
- Adheres faithfully to best practice, industry guidelines, compliance, and consistently high quality standards
- Collaborates seamlessly with international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry
- Confidently holds scientific discussions with clients and HCPs, capturing actionable insights and direction
- Attends congresses and meetings as necessary (virtual and onsite internationally)
- Represents the company in client-facing interactions and pitch presentations
- Aligns with and works within our core values

**Qualifications**
- An advanced Life Sciences degree, ideally a PhD, PharmD, or MD
- A minimum of 1 year’s medical communications experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Experience working in various medical specialities - able to quickly establish competence and confidence in new therapeutic areas
- Solid grounding in pharmaceutical standards, compliance, and regulations
- Strategic mindset combined with a strong scientific acumen - able to translate data into successful project outcomes
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a high degree of integrity, tact, and confidentiality
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities alongside strong intrinsic motivation
- Comfortable with prioritizing and managing moving timelines and demands
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - to native-speaker level
- Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools advantageous
