Software is not just vital but a strategic cornerstone in our operations. Now, we're on the lookout for a Sales Support in the SECURE Team who is engaging and driven when it comes to qualifying potential leads and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.

**What you'll do**:

- Identify and qualify sales leads through various sources, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and lead databases.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Conduct first meetings with prospects to qualify the leads, address customer questions, and position the showcase products or services, addressing customer questions and objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Stay updated on key accounts, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Work closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and other departments to align sales efforts with the company's goals and strategies.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate it effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize leads and tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct online presentations and use sales technology.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
