**Here's what you'll do**:

- Lead the delivery of the SECURE projects
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, resource allocation, and risk management
- Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive the successful adoption of project outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on processes, systems, and people, and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Create detailed project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure project success
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Lead project teams by providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure high levels of performance and collaboration
- Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to management and key stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:

- Project management experience, preferably in roles involving large SaaS project deliveries including hardware as a service
- A recognized certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and propose effective solutions
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
