To complete our logistics team in Wollerau, we are currently looking for an analytical, experienced

Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator (100%)

Location: Wollerau, Switzerland

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our purchasing and logistics operations, ensuring seamless processes from purchasing to stock coordination and execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis of historical sales data and creation of forecasts for upcoming seasons
- Purchasing of all products from our suppliers in Portugal and Italy and any negotiations that come with it, hence the close collaboration with our production team
- Regular stock analysis of our different stores and warehouses and in charge of all branch transfers to guarantee the correct amount of the styles, sizes and quantities are in the right location
- Collaboration with our national and international fulfillment partners and development of existing and creation of new processes
- Assist in optimizing transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
- Help monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates at all times
- Participate in inventory management and cycle-counting activities
- Support the resolution of any logistics-related issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with the team and external partners to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or any related field, ideally with a têxtile background
- Solid data analysis skills and a love for spreadsheets
- Numbers-driven and detail-oriented personality. You love to analyze processes and numbers and take respective actions.
- Familiarity with common ERP software
- Basic programming skills are a plus
- Good knowhow about import and export topics and international customs
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and an out-of-the-box way of thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. German is a plus
- Hands-on character
- Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn and improve daily
