- We are now looking for a
- **Independent Committees Coordinator** that is part of
- **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.
- These are your key tasks:
- Coordinate activities for the Governance, Audit and Compliance Committee incl. their working groups and the Compliance subdivision
- Drafting committee meeting minutes
- Organize committee meetings and events, correspondence with participants, drafting meeting's agenda, booking conference rooms, traveling, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, events organization, etc.,
- Coordinate between the FIFA Administration; ensure that the committees are meeting the right people at the right time; obtain on a timely manner any necessary documentation for the execution of the committee's activities; follow up with FIFA Administration on behalf of the Committees on agreed actions, open items, and other aspects
- Manage invoices and committee member's expense claims
- Support the Compliance Subdivision with ad hoc compliance related projects (organisation of events etc.)

- High service-orientation to help external and internal clients & stakeholders
- Relevant diploma or degree in business administration or similar
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- 3 -5 years of work experience in a compliance / legal / governance environment a plus
- Track record of leading high visibility, high impact projects
- Experience working in the football or sport related industry is considered an asset
- Required to travel
