**Your Role & Responsibility**
- Establish and maintain the foundation for agile working methods and collaboration, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering valuable and high-quality results.
- Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of agile and lean practices and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban within the team.
- Facilitate the self-organization and continuous learning of the team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and agility.
- Create and maintain working conditions that enable the team to effectively deliver results, including fostering a supportive and empowering work environment.
- Provide leadership in dynamic team environments, driving team development and change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Embody agile values and principles, actively supporting the team and the organization in embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by further training as a Scrum Master or similar certification.
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in agile software development, ideally with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in dynamic team environments, with a focus on team development and change management.
- Ability to perceive complex problems as opportunities, with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing challenges.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, with a keen interest in following development trends and driving innovative product developments.
- Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English to effectively collaborate in a diverse team environment.
