Das kannst du bewirken
- Du entwickelst das Team in methodischer, personeller und organisatorischer Hinsicht weiter, welches die bestehenden und neu zu erstellenden Applikationen verantwortet.
- Zusammen mit Product Owner und Architecture Owner bildest du die fachliche Führung im Trio für das Delivery Team und bildest damit das Fundament unserer agilen Arbeitsweise und Zusammenarbeit
- Als Servant Leader findest du eine gute Balance zwischen Enabling und aktiver Führung, damit sich das Delivery Team auf die Lieferung nutzbringender und qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse konzentrieren kann
- Stetiges Lernen ist Teil deiner DNA und du förderst die systematische und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams mit einem End to End Kunden Mindset
- Du verkörperst die agilen Werte sowie Prinzipien und unterstützt aktiv das Team und die Solution in der Anwendung

**Anforderungen**:

- Das bringst du mit
- Höherer Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Weiterbildung als Scrum Master oder Ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition z.B. als Teamlead im agilen Umfeld, idealerweise ergänzt mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von agilen Praktiken
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Leidenschaft bei allen Aspekten der agilen Produkt
- und Software-Entwicklung
- Offene und gewinnbringende Kommunikation mit Moderations
- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse

**Sprachen**:
