**The **Position**: More than a job
- As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
- We are now looking for a
- **Cybersecurity Manager** that is part of
- **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.
- These are your key tasks:
- Designing, building, testing, implementing and coordinating operation of security systems within the FIFA environment
- Reviewing current security measures, recommending enhancements and identifying areas of weakness
- Conducting regular system tests and ensuring the continuous monitoring of information security
- Executing the Cybersecurity Programme as defined in the roadmap
- Supporting FIFA Product Managers, as well as other FIFA functions to ensure FIFA's new and existing digital products comply with cybersecurity standards and guidelines
- Actively participating in investigations on Cybersecurity incidents
- Providing security architecture expertise and consulting/advisory to support business and Technology in designing and implementing secure solutions
- Supporting incident response and crisis preparedness (incl. simulations and technical exercises)
- Leading vulnerability & patch management, coordinating penetration tests and planning concrete actions to remediate the findings
- Planning, executing and delivering within time, scope and budget

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- University degree or similar higher education, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Professional certifications in the area of cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CISA) would be an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge and experience in vulnerability scanning and auditing tools and enterprise-scale cloud, network, firewall, endpoint detection and response architectures and products
- Fluent in English; Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Self-disciplined and self-starter and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel to specific events
- Readiness for stand-by duties during specific events
- At ease working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
