**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
**Reponsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate automation projects, encompassing control systems, cybersecurity systems, and alarm management systems.
- Oversee the automation infrastructure, including hardware (control cabinets, wiring) as well as software and hardware (Delta V).
- Execute projects and collaborate with external partners to achieve objectives while managing project budgets and governance as required.

**Your Profile**:

- **Minimum 4-5 years of experience** in automation within an industrial setting, particularly in chemical production environments.
- Proficiency in **Delta V software**, including both software and hardware components of automation systems. Knowledge of **Como software** is **a plus.**:

- Demonstrated **leadership** capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to management and stakeholders effectively.
- **Fluent in English,** **with conversational German** skills to facilitate communication within the team.
