**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Mitglied des Werksleiter-Teams leitest du ca. drei Quality-Manager, die jeweils für ein Produktesegment verantwortlich sind
- Die Qualität der Produkte liegt in deiner Verantwortung. In Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktion sorgst du dafür, dass alle Produkte den höchsten Standards entsprechen
- Du optimierst gemeinsam mit anderen Fachabteilungen die Qualität der Lieferungen von den Lieferanten.
- Bei Reklamationen, Kundenaudits und anderen Anliegen leitest du die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und sorgst für eine zügige und zufriedenstellende Lösung.
- Du gestaltest den KVP / Pareto-Prozess aktiv mit und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte voran.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung und eine fachspezifische QM-Weiterbildung.
- Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Du besitzt gute IT-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS Office, Sharepoint).
- Du hast Erfahrung in Design Quality.
- Du hast Erfahrung in Operations Quality
