Head of Sales and Operations Excellence - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

Join our Global Business Excellence department in Winterthur and help us to drive excellence in Sales and Operations of our Services division across regions and product lines.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Creating a vision for the service center of the future and developing a strategy for global implementation.
- Driving Operational Excellence in our 100+ Service Centers worldwide together with business leaders to improve overall customer experience, leverage synergies and increase productivity.
- Executing the strategy through targeted projects together with the business units and own team of project managers and experts.
- Establishing a continuous improvement culture and community in our global Service network, define processes, standards and guidelines, and provide trainings and tools.
- Leading initiatives to drive excellence in spare parts manufacturing to improve end-to-end processes, quality and reduce lead times.
- Implementing our pricing strategy and expanding it to further business scopes
- Driving excellence in Sales in close collaboration with our Sales Leaders through implementation of new tools / methods, analytics and trainings.
- Leading a team of 8 direct reports, as well as continuous improvement champions of the regions.
- Coaching and supporting team members in their projects and managing own global initiatives.
- Working closely with business and initiative leaders to drive alignment, accountability and results.
- Defining KPIs and performance management process, identifying performance gaps and drivers and developing action plans.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Relevant experience in Operations and/or Sales Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Profound know-how of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement Principles, Change Management and ideally Project Management.
- Six Sigma Certification of advantage
- Experience with IT projects or other IT experience of advantage
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- High degree of business acumen, ability to impact and influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, at ease working with a wide audience varying in degrees of seniority and capability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills in English - written and verbal, German and any other language is considered a plus
- Assertive and highly motivated personality who embraces responsibility
- Available to travel up to 25% of the time
