Wir suchen einen Head of Site Logistics & Projects für Arxada, in Visp, Schweiz.
In dieser Funktion baust du ein sicheres und hochqualifiziertes Logistikteam für Arxada in Visp zu optimalen Kosten, in der gewünschten Qualität und Zeit auf. Du bist verantwortlich für interne Transporte und Einhaltung des Budgets. Zudem wirst du aktiv die optimale Lagerverwaltung vorantreiben sowie die Erreichung der festgelegten Ziele sicherstellen und überwachen. Du lebst die Vision und Kultur des Unternehmens und pflegst den Informationsaustausch.
In dieser Funktion rapportierst du direkt an den Senior Logistics Manager EMEA.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Entwurf und Umsetzung von Standortlogistikstrategien und Konzepten
- Projektleitung und Unterstützung für die zukünftige Logistikinfrastruktur
- Erarbeitung proaktiver neuer und innovativer Lösungen zusammen mit dem Unternehmen/Kunden zur Verbesserung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Automatisierung und Kosten
- Verantwortlich für alle Lager
- und Materialmanagement Aktivitäten am Standort in Bezug auf Wareneingang, Warenausgang, Materiallagerung, Materialhandling (technische und chemische Materialien)
- Verantwortlich für die Eingangs
- und Ausgangslogistik sowie die Lager
- und Bestandsverwaltung
- Verantwortlich für die Standardisierung und Optimierung aller logistischen Prozesse
- Ordnungsgemässe Produktabwicklung um den Transport und die Verteilung zu gewährleisten
- Enge Koordination mit der globalen Beschaffung, Planung und In
- und Outbound-Logistik
- Budgetverantwortung für die jeweiligen Bereiche
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung der definierten Abteilungs
- und Teamziele
- Einhaltung aller Vorschriften, EHS, GMP, GDP und Sicherheit
**Dein Anforderungsprofil**:
- Master Abschluss in Logistik/Supply Chain Management oder Chemieingenieurwesen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Chemie Branche (oder Ähnliches) sowie umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Produktion
- Kenntnisse grosser Organisationsstrukturen / Matrixstrukturen und globale Managementstrukturen, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Beziehungsaufbau und -pflege mit internen und externen Stakeholders
- Vorantreiben von Identifizierungen der Kunden
- und Marktbedürfnissen mithilfe von Daten, Forschung und Kundenbeziehungen
- Selbstständiges Führen mehrerer komplexen Initiativen/Projekten gleichzeitig mit erfolgreichem Abschluss
- Vorleben und Umsetzen unserer hohen Sicherheitsstandards
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
