**Head of Innovation, Strategy and Marketing****:
**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**
- Festlegen der Innovationsstrategie für zukünftige Anwendungen und Lösungen für das Portfolio
- Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder wie Elektromobilität, Energieverteilung, Lebensmittelproduktion, Biopolymere und Recycling
- Einführen digitaler Tools zum Nutzen der Kunden und internen Organisation
- Betreuung des globalen Vertriebsnetzes, Tochtergesellschaften und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle (After Sales Business, etc.)
- Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und Innovation und besuchen regelmässig internationale Fachmessen, um neuste Trends zu identifizieren

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder PhD) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Natur
- oder Materialwissenschaften
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung eines Sales oder Business Development Teams
- Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung und Innovation, mit nachweislichem Erfolg in der Einführung solcher Tools und Konzepte
- Sehr gut Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und einer weiteren Sprache, idealerweise Deutsch.
- Charismatische und ehrgeizige Führungspersönlichkeit, die in verschiedenen Organisationen und mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen Mentalitäten etwas bewegen kann.
